Abstract submission

Advanced on-line abstract submission is finished on 31 July 2009. Thank you very much.

Participants wishing to present their oral or poster presentation are requested to submit a title and a short abstract. The deadline of the abstract submission is 31 July 2009 (24 JST). The abstract should contain the title of paper, author(s), affiliation(s), postal address, E-mail address of the corresponding author, main text, and keywords (within 5 words). The paper must not exceed 1 page in standard A4 size, and maximum file size is 2MB. Figures and tables can be included. The abstract must be in MS-Word, OpenDocument or PDF format, and submitted after registration.

The abstract file should be named as the name of the corresponding author and the first preferred- session number (e.g., Author_S01.doc). Detailed instructions are available in sample abstracts, which are available below.

The abstract submission should be made only by the corresponding author. At most two presentations are allowed per person. The presentations may be limited to one depending on the total number of the submission.
