Excursion: Tsukuba Science Tour (10 November)

On 10 November, there is a Tsukuba Science Tour. If you would like to join the tour, please return the application form to the secretariat (jckjc09@mri-jma.go.jp) by 31 October (Saturday) 2009. The application form is attached in the 5th Circular, or can be obtained from the conference website (Tsukuba_Science_Tour2.doc).

Tour schedule

The tour will take about seven hours, starting at 8 AM, including lunch. It will visit four institutions. Up to 49 participants.

We have one tour for 49 people, to visit 4 institutions in Tsukuba; Meteorological Research Institute, Geological Survey Institute, University of Tsukuba and National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (See the schedule below). Once we reach a maximum number of 49 applicants, we will inform that the seats are full for the tour. The seat is available as first come, first serve basis. We do not plan to have on-site registration for the tour at this time. You would like to apply more than one person, by specifying the number of total participants in the application form.
